East Java - Esri Education Ambassador, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Geomatics Department, Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia, Feb. 23 - March 7, 2015.
  • Developed and taught a 2 week course for 25 Geomatics Faculty, Graduate and Undergraduate Students.
  • Topics: Geodatabase Design, Digital Story Telling, Field Data Collection, ArcGIS Online (Web Maps, Story Maps, Organization Administration), Collector for ArcGIS App, and GIS Web Portfolios. 

Thailand - Asian Institute of Technology, Visiting Lecturer, Bangkok, Aug. 2011.  
  • Developed and led a two-week Masters level GIS and database workshop for fifteen forestry and climate change professionals from Thailand, Vietnam, China, and Indonesia.

India - International Forestry Resources and Institutions, GIS Workshop Author & Instructor, Hyderabad, Jan. 9 & 16, 2011. 
  • Designed and presented a two part ArcGIS Explorer Online and ArcGIS Desktop Workshop to forestry experts from Germany, India, Nepal, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Thailand - Asian Institute of Technology, Visiting Lecturer, Bangkok, Jul. 20-28, 2009. 
  • Wrote and presented seven lectures and labs related to International Forestry Resources and Institutions (IFRI) field data collection, IFRI Data Entry Application, Microsoft Access 2007 queries, data backup and security, and quality control procedures.  

England - University of Gloucestershire, International Forestry Resources and Institutions, GIS Workshop Author & Instructor, Cheltenham, Jul. 11-13, 2008. 
  • Demonstrated how to recode database variables for statistical analysis and presented plans to integrate geospatial technology into the IFRI program using ArcGIS, Google Earth, and GPS to a team of international scholars.
